All products purchased at Shores Optical are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty. Should product be deemed defective by the customer within a year after purchase, Shores Optical will submit a claim on customer's behalf. If manufacturer granted a replacement product, customer will be asked to mail us a defective product to be swapped for new one. Customer to pay shipping both ways, plus $20 handling fee.
